  This updated Sussex home in Eagle's Ridge was on the market for two days! We received multiple offers and selected the one that best met the Seller's needs. The Buyers offered over $10,000 over the asking price of $369,900. The Sellers accepted that offer knowing that the home they are building would not be ready on the agreed upon closing date.
